Kodie is an expert criminal. In Russia she was Zander’s prodigy in the laboratory but now runs organised crime in New York. She also has operations in Vegas and LA. In 1949 Kodie assumed full control of all organised crime in New York City. She remained an unknown figure, controlling from the shadows for thirty-five years.

Kodie is super smart and highly skilled in deception, she has entered many building unnoticed and killed without feeling.

Kodie tried many times to kill Chuck McCarthy, the U.S. liaison to The Spy Academy. He was a decent, honourable man who rarely let his intense patriotism interfere with his duty to the independent Spy Academy. He died in 1963 but was immortalised the following year when Pegasus the floating robot was created using McCarthy's voice and personality.
