Zander’s Elite team operates out of Zander Tower, a commercial skyscraper in Manhattan. The Zander Foundation is  a billion dollar organisation that runs thousands of companies and has a well-respected charitable division. It is Zander’s cover for most of his illegal activities. 

Dr Zander has tried for decades to drill a path between his buildings and the Spy Academy main cavern. Each year, Zander experiments on dozens of human subjects with variations of his Jynx Elixir. This creates more enhanced villains for the Spy Academy to fight or save.

Dr Zander's greatest creation is Cyber Lady, a robot with a psychotic personality. An unfeeling psychopathic female with an endless supply of replacement bodies. This she-machine hates humanity but is happy (for now) to kill only those Zander choses.
